I need help with the translation of these following sentences :

1.  Keep the college clean. Do not litter. ( I know "do not litter" = 不要乱丢垃圾。Is it right?)

2.  No smoking is permitted in any part of the college. ( I can write :No smoking = 不准吸烟，but don't know

     the rest. )

3  Please attend classes on time.

4  All assigned work must be completed.
