What's the meaning of "逘"?

I'm not sure if this is the correct character, but I am trying to translate something in traditional characters that looks like this: 發逘

The character has 4 parts it seems like:
top left: 丶
left/bottom: 辶
top: 八 or 入
middle: 天

It's on the remote control of an air conditioning unit.
