I want to say 'Please place the television in front of the bed'. Is this the correct way of saying it?

I would appreciate some help on how to use this correctly.

放 is correct there, but in the Chinese you have written 'on the back of the bed'.
I think what you want to say is 请把电视机放在床的前面。
