to nurture is to FEED or to take care of (somebody) - in this case, with harmony, it constitutes part of a concept that has a word in Chinese but not in most other languages. In English it could be expressed simply as loving yourself, or being in peace.

If a food is nutritious, it means it is healthy. A nurturing mother is one who takes care of her children with love. You can say "the patient was very ill but the family nurtured him back to health".

What is YIHE?Are you talking about the word 颐和? 颐 means nourish and 和 means harmony, peace, or calm. Probably ‘nurchured’ is a typo for ‘nurtured’.
