Ok, I'm confused!

A Chinese language learning software translates "Can you help me?" as "ni neng bu neng bangzhu wo?

 I was attempting to find the characters for this sentence but Im having problems with the "neng bu neng" part.

ni = you

bangzhu = 帮助 help

wo = me

neng bu neng = ????

It's quite common in Chinese to ask questions using verb不verb. For example, "能不能?" = "can you do this or not?"; "要不要?" = "do you want this or not?", "走不走?" = "are you going or not?" etc.
